Customer Support
System Consultant
Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, SF Bay Area

We're seeking a customer support rep in the DFW, L.A., NY, or SF Bay area to help service local clients, along with customers across all U.S. time zones. This involves a mixture of phone, e-mail, and web support for procedural questions +/or software troubleshooting, and on-site visits to help install new software releases; training when new staff or new features require it and engaging with any and all staff -- from junior traffic assistants through senior management -- to address new developments in their organization and the industry generally.

Our ideal candidate is a great communicator with extensive experience in broadcasting and an aptitude for software tools. Experience in the industry is a must -- we can teach you the software, but we need someone who understands the radio advertising business.

Some of the valuable experience and specialties we seek: Microsoft Office; Traffic, Continuity, Sales Planning, Sports Traffic, Affiliate Relations, Affidavit System administration; User Training; Software Testing and UAT administration; Requirements Identification and Business Process Analysis/Recommendations; Analytical Thinking; Problem Solving, Time Management, Task Prioritization


DFW, L.A., N.Y. or SF Bay Area residency, with a home office. Working from a home office requires self-motivation and flexibility, as well as the ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone. In the context of software support, it also requires initiative, strong problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills. This position is best suited to someone who works well both on his/her own and collaboratively with a tight-knit team.
